H.O.P.E. Inc was organized in 1997 and formalized as 501© (3) in 1999. H.O.P.E. Inc a group of concern pastors came together as a response to a clarion call to the community that many members felt that due to the inability of some organization unable to attract the minority population of our community. As segments of our community felt left behind in the American Dream of owing their own home, they felt that this was a dream out of reach. H.O.P.E. Inc. was established to assist other community agencies in reaching out to all members of the community giving equal access to resources and information to empower individuals lives.
